Our member guidelines

No Logo Media Limited

Effective: 11th May 2026

Contact: support@nologo.ai

These guidelines set out what we expect from everyone who uses No Logo. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you're agreeing to all three.

Guideline 1: You must be eligible to join

You must be at least 18 years old. Each account is personal to you, so don't share your login or create multiple accounts. No Logo is open to creators in the UK, US, and internationally.

Guideline 2: Your content must meet our standards

No Logo is for creators working in legitimate, mainstream categories. We don't accept creators whose content or commercial work involves tobacco or vaping, sexually explicit or adult material, weapons or content promoting violence, illegal substances, gambling or predatory financial products, or anything that promotes hatred or discrimination. If you're unsure whether you're a good fit, email us before signing up.

Guideline 3: Be honest about who you are

Your profile should accurately reflect your following, engagement, audience demographics, and rates. Don't inflate your numbers, misrepresent your audience, or claim partnerships and affiliations you don't have. Lola uses this information to find you opportunities and represent you to brands, so accuracy matters. We do not accept creators who have falsely increased their following - e.g. from purchasing followers.

Guideline 4: Use No Logo for its intended purpose

No Logo and Lola are built to help you grow your creator business. Don't use them for anything unrelated, harmful, or deceptive. Don't attempt to manipulate how Lola works, feed her false information, exceed reasonable usage limits we set from time to time or use the platform for automated scraping or bulk outreach.

Guideline 5: Understand what Lola is

Lola is an AI assistant. She can make mistakes and her outputs should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or business advice. Always use your own judgement before acting on anything she tells you, especially around rates, contracts, or financial decisions.

Guideline 6: Treat brands and contacts with respect

When Lola makes an introduction, be professional. Only use brand contact details for the genuine pursuit of a partnership. Don't harass, pressure, or mislead anyone, and respect it if a brand isn't interested.

Guideline 7: On sharing

Anything you upload or share with Lola should be yours to share. Don't upload material belonging to someone else without their permission. You keep ownership of your own content.

Anything you tell Lola may be used to improve your matches and suggestions. Only share what you would be comfortable sharing with a brand. If you wouldn't want a brand to know it, don't tell Lola.

By using No Logo, you give us permission to use what you share for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Policy takes precedence here.

Guideline 8: Tell us when a deal lands

If an introduction from Lola leads to a paid partnership we would love to know at support@nologo.ai.

Guideline 9: Be a good member of the community

No Logo works because creators on it are genuinely trying to build legitimate businesses. Don't do anything that undermines that or behave in a way that damages No Logo's reputation with brands.

Guideline 10: Understand the consequences of breaking these guidelines

We deal with issues fairly. Depending on the severity, we may reach out to understand what happened, issue a warning, suspend your account, or remove you permanently. Dishonesty toward brands, prohibited content, or serious misuse will result in permanent removal. We won't be liable for losses arising from a suspension or closure where your conduct was the cause.

Changes to these guidelines

For minor changes, we'll update this page and note the revised date. For material changes, we'll email you before they take effect. Continuing to use No Logo after that point means you accept the updated version.
